It is available to a wide age range of kids from 4 to 12. The last sports camp, Gymnastics Camp for 4-8-year-olds, takes place the week of Aug. 4. Looking for a nonsports camp alternative? Youth Art Camp offers different age categories (4-6) and (7-11) the week of June 9. A couple of camps have only waitlist availability, like the extremely popular Wee Camp for 3-4-year-olds and Camp Summershine, which offers separate sections for kids ages 5-7 and 8-12 from the week of June 9 to the week of July 28. As the end of the school year approaches, let’s discuss some of the ones that are still available. There is an abundance of youth sports camps, like the Rising Stars Basketball Camp on the week of June 16. It’s a half-day camp open to separate age groups, including 5-9 and 10-14. Interested in working on that backhand? Try Tennis Camp for ages 7-10 the week of June 9 and for ages 6-9 the week of July 14.
