28 On the morning of Jan. 22, Isle of Palms and other parts of the greater Charleston area were greeted by approximately 3 inches of snowfall from Winter Storm Enzo, according to the National Weather Service. It’s been seven years since the Lowcountry was turned into a winter wonderland during Winter Storm Grayson in January 2018.
