After extensive renovations, he opened Just Beachy IOP at the end of summer in 2024. Located in the Harris Teeter shopping center, the store offers beach necessities such as clothing, tents, chairs, towels, Orca coolers (a high-end brand similar to Yeti and made in the USA), umbrellas, Turtlebox outdoor speakers, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip-flops and local jewelry made by Bella Mack and Daytoday.
